Scale
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup flour, use all-purpose or a gluten-free option
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce, choose your favorite brand for heat level
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Coat the cauliflower florets in the dry mixture thoroughly. If needed, add a splash of water to help the coating stick.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy, shaking halfway through.
  6. Meanwhile, mix hot sauce, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar in a separate bowl.
  7. Once cooked, transfer the cauliflower back to the mixing bowl and toss with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
