Instructions
Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels.
In a mixing bowl, combine dried chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and any additional seasonings you prefer. Toss until evenly coated.
