Ingredients

  • Canned chickpeas
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for a vegan option)

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine dried chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and any additional seasonings you prefer. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
