  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic and onion seasoning
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a breading station with four shallow dishes: milk in the first, flour mixed with garlic-onion seasoning in the second, ranch dressing in the third, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with dry ranch dressing in the fourth.
  3. Dip each mushroom into the milk, then coat with the flour mixture. Next, dip into ranch dressing before rolling in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket without overcrowding and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Air fry for about 7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
