8 ounces portobello mushroom caps
½ cup milk
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon garlic and onion seasoning
½ cup ranch dressing
¾ cup panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Set up a breading station with four shallow dishes: milk, flour mixed with garlic and onion seasoning, ranch dressing, and a combination of panko bread crumbs and dry ranch dressing mix.
Dip each mushroom cap into the milk, then coat in the flour mixture, followed by the ranch dressing, and finally roll in the panko mixture.
