  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing the baking dish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and dry the apples thoroughly. Core each apple carefully while leaving the bottom intact.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, walnuts (if using), honey, and cinnamon until well mixed.
  4. Generously fill each cored apple with the mixture.
  5. Grease the baking dish with butter and place the stuffed apples upright in it.
