  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, black pepper, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and ½ cup of Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until melted and bubbly.
