  • 12 oz oyster mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.

  5. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed to coat evenly.
