  • 200g heavy cream
  • 100g praline paste
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sliced almonds (for topping)
  • Additional powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the choux pastry: In a saucepan, combine water, milk, and butter; heat until boiling. Stir in flour and salt until a ball forms. Allow to cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
