1 cup strong coffee
¾ cup water
⅔ cup sugar
3 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons gingerbread syrup
1 teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ cup milk
¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions
Make the gingerbread syrup by combining water, sugar, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and gingerbread syrup in a saucepan. Boil until sugar dissolves; cool and store.
Whip heavy cream with gingerbread syrup until soft peaks form.
