  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt (more to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for sauce)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (for sauce)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
  • 1 can (28 oz / 800 g) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (to balance acidity)
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano (for sauce)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste (for sauce)
  • ½ cup vegetable broth or water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cabbage by boiling it until leaves soften. Carefully peel off the leaves.
