  • 3 ripe peaches (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut out four-inch circles.
  3. Arrange the pastry circles on a lined baking sheet with space between them.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. Spoon the peach mixture onto each pastry circle, leaving half an inch at the edges.
  6. Brush melted butter along the edges of each tart.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the peaches are tender.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
