  • 75 g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 500 g cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 200 g Biscoff spread
  • 240 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 100 g powdered sugar (sifted)

  • 1 tsp vegan gelatin (optional)

Instructions

  1. For the crust, crush Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat room temperature cream cheese until smooth. Add warmed Biscoff spread and powdered sugar; mix until combined.
