  • 15 millilitres maple syrup or honey
  • 10 grams chia seeds
  • 150 grams dark chocolate chips or chunks
  • 5 millilitres coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash the fresh raspberries with a fork. Stir in chia seeds and maple syrup or honey. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to thicken.
  3. Scoop about 30 millilitres of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly. Freeze for at least 1 hour until solid.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a heat-safe bowl using the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  5. Dip each frozen jam disc into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage, then return to the baking sheet.
  6. Optionally sprinkle with sea salt and freeze for another 10 minutes before serving.
