  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 pinch salt (optional)
  • 4 bars chopped chocolate (e.g., Hershey's)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup large vegan marshmallows (cut in half)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, and optional salt. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until lightly golden; let cool slightly.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, melt together chopped chocolate, chocolate chips, heavy cream, and optional vanilla extract until smooth. Pour evenly over the cooled crust.
  5. Top with mini vegan marshmallows and arrange halved large vegan marshmallows on top.
  6. Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until marshmallows are toasted to your liking.
  7. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
