  • 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • Optional: honey, powdered sugar, fresh berries, whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent roll layer.
  5. Unroll the second can of dough on top, stretching it to cover.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow cooling at room temperature before refrigerating for at least two hours.
