  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Juice of lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
